This API request allows you to modify information about issuer.
Response status codes:
200 - successfully modified information
400 - you didn't specify one or few fields
401 - you are not authorized
422 - issuer with bank code you sent doesn't exists
500 - if unhandled and unexpected exception happened
502 - if exception happens while working with blockchain node
